waiting list. The waiting list will
stay active until December 1st.

The Lottery Process
- Applications will be accepted beginning October 1
prior to the lottery.
- The
lottery drawing will be held on March 1
- All
applicants are notified with the results of the lottery,
invites and wait list position, within one week of
the lottery drawing.
- Those
not drawn for a seat in the lottery are put onto a
wait list. The wait lists will remain open until the
20th day of school.
- Applications
will continue to be accepted after the lottery drawing
in February and placed on the bottom of the waitlist
in the order they are received.
- The wait lists are closed on the 20th day of school.
- The process starts over beginning October 1st.
There is currently a wait list for students in all grades. The next lottery will be held on March 1st. |

Applications may be emailed to Ms. Vargas at vargas@kestrelheights.org, faxed to the admissions office at 919-572-2409, mailed or dropped off to Ms. Vargas.
A confirmation email will be sent once the application is added to the lottery database. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Ms. Vargas prior to the lottery to ensure receipt.
